UNA-BC’s Education Committee presents the Bill Kellogg Discussion Series. This series highlights the work of various professionals in the community.

This month, the meeting will be held in the Arapahoe room of the Boulder Public Library. Our featured presenter is Professor Sarah Sokhey of the Department of Political Science at CU Boulder. Sarah is an expert on Ukraine with a specific research focus on politics and society at the local level. The title of her session is “Ukrainian Local Democracy and the International Context.”
